Do the maths, use the spread sheet, don’t undervalue what you have. Decide if you are low ticket high volume or a smaller intimate community. There is calculated risk and self belief at play here… the sky is the limit online… there is infinite possibility. Work on your blocks, stay connected to me and this community/ your buddy… hold the vision.

Not comps. Gifts, paying people with actual money, coupons.
How do I get further up the leaderboard
Bring more money into your publication. Use the founding member tier strategically (like I have with Diamond and you’ll go further up).
