Frame some photos
Ask Dave to put them on the wall
Make more recipes for dinner time that everyone likes
Bake and give some to neighbours…

Book a massage
Have a beautiful summer with my feet in sand and on grass reading books and magazines and charging myself up for the next quarter…
Book more trains with my daughter to explore places she’s never been (already got London booked)
How about you, what’s landed for you?
I’d love to hear.

Thank you Claire 🙏 And enjoy 'doing' your list.
Most helpful tip for me was to clean up my inbox into folders, thank you! 🩷🌸✨
Thank you for holding space for us to do this Claire. I’ve noticed the compulsion to grab for my phone when I’m feeling uncomfortable- struggling to find the words when I’m writing or even when an awkward moment comes of the tv.
I knew I was using it to numb my feelings, but this challenge has given me some healthier ways to process my feelings instead (alongside my beloved gardening of course!)
Will do another comment with my new normal list xx
